Third line — 65 product lines

Industrial components: harnesses, terminal blocks, PCBA

The components line is the catalogue's engineering desk: 65 product lines across six families. It exists for buyers who build or assemble equipment — lighting, appliances, control systems, vehicles — and need the interconnect and assembly side sourced with the same discipline as finished goods. Terminal blocks alone account for 24 models with complete published rating tables, which is rare in supplier catalogues and makes remote specification realistic.

Terminal blocks category
Terminal blocks are the deepest single family: 24 models with full UL and IEC ratings.

Why buyers put components on the same desk as lighting

A solar light is an enclosure, a panel, a battery and a board with connectors. Buyers who source the finished light and its component ecosystem from one coordinated desk cut the usual mismatch risks: connector families that do not mate, harness wire gauges that do not match the drawing, pack configurations that arrive with the wrong connector code. The PENYA component records are written the way engineers need them — pitch, ratings, wire ranges, materials and process steps — and the customised-service procedure (drawings in, prototypes for approval, design-for-manufacturability feedback, final samples) is documented on the wiring harness and PCBA pages.

Component sourcing families
Harnesses, blocks, batteries and cords are quoted from one component desk.

Consolidating component sourcing

Component buyers rarely need one component — a harness programme arrives with its terminal blocks, its patch cords and often its board assembly attached. Sourcing those four conversations from four desks multiplies qualification work: four record sets, four sample loops, four shipping arrangements for parts that will meet inside one product. The component offer here is structured as one desk for that reason. A harness enquiry can carry its termination blocks in the same thread; a PCBA programme can carry its interconnect and patch-cord needs alongside the board specification. The practical effect shows up in the prototype loop: when the drawing, the blocks and the board are reviewed together, interface mistakes — the costliest kind — surface in the first round instead of the third. Send the assembly picture, not just the part list, and the quotation improves accordingly.

Who buys components this way

The consolidated desk suits three buyer profiles in particular. Lighting and electronics OEMs are the obvious one — the harness, block and board of a single product arriving as one coordinated programme. Maintenance and spares buyers are the second: harness and cord replacements for installed equipment, ordered against the original records rather than re-engineered each time. The third is the project buyer — a contractor or integrator assembling control panels, vehicle conversions or appliance runs — who needs small-lot breadth more than single-line depth. All three share the same preference: one thread, one record set, and components that were specified to meet each other.
