Connectors, headers & sockets
Six connector records make up this family: pin header, female pin header, IC socket, modular jack, modular plug and a general terminal line. Unlike most supplier pages, the records publish real electrical and mechanical parameters — current ratings, dielectric withstand, insertion forces, mating cycles — so engineers can screen the range without a datasheet chase.
Pin headers and female headers
Both header records offer pitches of 1.0 mm, 1.27 mm, 1.27 × 2.54 mm, 2.0 mm and 2.54 mm in single and dual rows. Current ratings run to 1 A and 3 A classes, contact resistance is 20 mΩ maximum, and dielectric withstand is AC 500 V for one minute. Contacts are phosphor bronze (female) or brass (male) with gold flash, tin or duplex plating; insulators are PBT, LCP or Nylon in UL 94V-0, black, rated for −40 °C to +105 °C with maximum processing temperatures of 230 °C for 30–60 seconds (260 °C for 10 seconds, material-dependent).

IC sockets
The IC socket record covers DIP and SMD types at 1.27 mm and 2.54 mm pitch, 1 A current rating, AC 1000 V dielectric withstand, phosphor bronze contacts with gold plating and PBT UL 94V-0 insulators, across a −55 °C to +105 °C temperature range.
Modular jacks and plugs
The telecom side of the family: modular jacks rated 1.5 A / 125 VAC with 750 mating cycles minimum, retention strength of 7.7 kg between jack and plug and gold plating options of 3, 6, 15, 30 and 50 µin. Modular plugs cover 6P2C, 4P4C, 6P4C, 6P6C, 8P8C, Cat.6 8P8C and 10P10C formats in polycarbonate housings (UL 94V-0 or 94V-2), working from −40 °C to +60 °C — the telephone and network connector set that pairs with the patch cord family.

What plating options exist on headers?
Gold flash, tin plated or duplex plating, per the records; modular contacts offer five gold thicknesses from 3 µin to 50 µin.
Do you supply mating terminals?
A general terminal record (mating with cable connectors; gold, tin or duplex plating) completes the family — include it in your enquiry.

Specifying the interconnect layer of a programme
Interconnect is where programmes quietly standardise or quietly fragment. Every board spin that changes a header family re-opens sourcing, inspection and spares; every programme that fixes its interconnect families early buys years of boring stability. The practical approach with a range like this one is to nominate the programme's standard families at the first build — the header pitches, the socket format, the terminal strip style — and record the nominations in the enquiry thread, so later orders inherit them without re-argument. Because the same desk handles the harness and PCBA conversations, the interconnect decision can be checked against both at once: the header the board carries, the plug the harness brings, and the strip the enclosure terminates in, confirmed as one interface rather than three hopes.
